Are you Fully Alive?
Deep down if you’re being honest with yourself, do you feel stuck in one or two areas within your life?
Maybe you’re already working in the professional career of your dreams (while making great money doing it), but you recognize your health is steadily trending downward at the same time.
Or you’re in a beautiful and loving romantic partnership, but your organization or the role in which you’re presently in, isn’t providing you with the livelihood or impact you deeply desire to create in the world.
Or perhaps your personal health is on point and you’re excelling within your professional career, however when it comes to your intimate relationship (or lack thereof), there’s always some form of underlying chaos (or a constant dullness inside of your body, as you truly aren’t experiencing the depth and connection within it that you ultimately desire).
If you answered yes to the original question of “Are you fully alive” but also greatly identify with one of the three scenarios above too, then I invite you to authentically honor yourself by examining if that ‘yes’ really came from the ego side of the mind, or if it was deeply rooted in the genuine heart.
The first step is fully ‘owning’ what is true in this moment, as in doing so the space is allowed to see exactly what most needs to be seen.
Secondly, we’re then able to ask ourselves what it is that we truly want.
And lastly, from this place, the opportunity is created for something completely new and more empowering to be birthed or born.
At the end of the day, we’re all on this beautiful planet to feel fully alive.
A life where we feel both highly vibrant and energized.
An energy that truly brings our most authentic selves out into the world.
As it’s when we’re living with a deep sense of purpose, to which this feeling permeates throughout all levels of one’s life.
You’re purposefully aligned with your professional work (utilizing your innate gifts and talents to their fullest capacity).
Back home you feel a deep level of depth, connection, and play within your intimate relationship (if you happen to be in one). One where you feel fully seen, your voice is truly heard, and both individuals within it are committed to co-creating a life where each person is 100% responsible for their own sense of personal happiness.
And it’s also when you have strong boundaries that prioritize your health on an energy management level too.
You’re very clear on what your yeses and noes are (as you live your life in deep integrity with your personal values, while also still lovingly allowing others whose values are contrary to yours, to be exactly who they are themselves too).
You live more in a ‘flow’ state rather than a ‘push’ state.
You are highly intune with the inner wisdom of your body, and you allow the beautiful dance of allowing ALL emotions to be fully seen and felt until completion (knowing that whatever you resist, persists).
You can cry without judgement.
Be angry without judgement.
And not only easily identify how both of these emotions (as well as fear) show up in the body, but also love up on them with just as much appreciation as the oftentimes more welcoming ones that are centered around joy or happiness.
You’re a person who honors your word, keeping agreements that you create with others (not for their sake, but because you value and hold yourself to a very high standard (one where it doesn’t matter how high of a bar others may set for you, the one you set for yourself is always the highest).
You’re a lifelong learner, with an extremely highly passionate appetite to continue growing into your absolute highest potential, while you are still alive and breathing on this planet.
You’ve created a clear life ecosystem that honors your needs and allows you the space to focus more and more of your time doing the things that you absolutely love, which could include:
- Being around people who inspire you
- Allocating gaps of space throughout your day (so you can continually build and refresh your energy, rather than deplete it)
- Being proactive in creating mindful conversations within your relationships (intimate, personal, and professional), where you openly share aspects that may no longer be working for you (while creating ‘new requests’ right afterwards, in order to create more harmony and ensure both parties are on the exact same page)
- You incorporating time each day to do a personal practice that rejuvenates your mind and spirit (an example would be meditation)
- You prioritizing your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health on a consistent daily basis (having a high enough self-awareness to pivot your attention to the area(s) that may be off – faster than most)
And I’d like to add one more embodied aspect that is also a highly possessed quality or trait of yours, which is at the foundation of creating a life of feeling ‘fully alive’:
You possess a deep and profound level of personal presence
You speak from the core of your body, rather than from the head.
You have the disposition of someone who’s very grounded, clear, and focused on creating a life of deep personal fulfillment, while at the same time there’s a certain openness or lightness about you.
People sense that there’s something about you that even though they cannot quite put their finger on exactly what it is, they know they’re attracted to it.
Now if I ask you the same original question again (after reading and ‘being’ with all of this):
Are you fully alive?
What’s your authentic response this second go around (from a more slowed down and present place)?
If the answer is no and you find yourself curiously intrigued on how to sustainably cultivate deeper levels of presence, personal fulfillment, and inner peace within your life, then I invite you to set up a Complimentary Clarity Call with me to discuss the process of what truly goes into creating and fully embodying these qualities within your life.
Allow the past to be the past, and know that the future is but a creation of the present.
If you’re in a place where you’re presently ready to allow the most powerful and inner authentic essence of yours to shine forth (lovingly choosing to intentionally saying goodbye to the old or limited version of you, in order to create more space and room for your highest potential version to shine forth), then the time is now.
Not yesterday, not in six months, or beginning in 2023… the time is now.
Get out of your head, listen to your body, and if this feels like a “hell yes” for you, then let’s talk.
However, this is only for those are truly ready to truly slow down, get crystal clear on exactly what it is that they want, and mindfully step into a life of being fully alive and authentically free.
With Love,
Brandon
