Man’s mind, stretched to a new idea, never goes back to its original dimension. Let’s slow down to allow the heart to speak, and the vision to clarify.

We have all the tools we need. By honoring this, we are then able to create our hearts desires from an intentional and self-empowered place. Confidence and clarity are the outcomes of first being courageous and vulnerable. Courageous enough to lean forward, during those periods of discomfort, where peace resides on the other side. Vulnerable enough to be compassionate and graceful with ourselves, as we leave behind those parts that may no longer serve, allowing more of our authentic essence to shine through. For by taking the first step, no more no less, the next shall be revealed.

• The life you’ve created no longer serves you because you’ve evolved and are not the same person you once were.
