A bit about how I got here…
For a long time, I was living what looked like the American Dream.
I was a top-producing Senior Consultant for the world’s most valuable sports franchise.
By every external measure, I was successful.
And inside, I was exhausted.
I lived with constant pressure to perform, quiet anxiety, and a fear that everything I’d built could fall apart.
Eventually, it became unsustainable.
What changed everything wasn’t more discipline or better strategy —
it was learning how my nervous system actually worked.
For the first time, I allowed myself to be supported.
To be seen without performing.
To slow down without collapsing.
As my body settled, clarity returned.
My confidence stopped being something I generated — it became something I inhabited.
That experience didn’t just change my life.
It clarified my purpose.
I now support men who are standing at a similar threshold —
ready to stop overriding themselves
and begin living from a place that feels grounded, coherent, and true.
